Rose Lacy, our founder and administrator, brings nearly 30 years of compassionate, hands-on nursing experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, specializing in geriatric and senior care. Her background includes extensive experience supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, ensuring each resident receives attentive, knowledgeable, and truly personalized care.​
